As we approach the holy month of Ramadan, please note that school timings have been adjusted in accordance with ADEK guidelines to support the well-being of our students and families during this blessed month.

Ramadan School Hours & Gate Details for British System Students

KG1	Friday	Tasks will be assigned by respective Homeroom Teachers.
KG2 - Grade 12	Monday - Thursday	8:15am	8:45am	8:45am - 12:15pm	Dispersal at 12:15pm
KG2 - Grade 12	Friday	8:15am	8:45am	8:45am - 11:15am	Dispersal at 11:15am

• Students are requested to arrive on time to avoid disruption to lessons.
• Gates will close strictly as per the timings mentioned above.
• Kindly make appropriate transport arrangements in line with the revised dispersal times.

Grade 1- Grade 8	Friday	Respective class/subject teachers will share the schedule(revision)

• Grade 1 to Grade 8 students are required to follow the Annual Examination schedule and are requested to arrive on time to avoid any disruption in taking examinations.
• Grade 9 and Grade 11 students will receive a separate circular with detailed information regarding the commencement of classes.
• School gates will close strictly as per the timings mentioned above.
• Parents are kindly requested to make appropriate transport arrangements in line with the revised dispersal times.
